Alfa is a company specialising in wood and gas stoves, fireplaces and firebricks. In recent years we have concentrated on wood and gas ovens for domestic and professional use. Alfa's headquarters are in Anagni, between Rome and Naples, the birthplace of pizza.
Ovens for every occasion - When two cousins, Rocco and Marcello, from the south of Italy, decided to build an oven a firewood for their backyard parties in 1977, little did they realise that their numerous failed attempts would result in the success Alfa Fornos is today!
With the vision of building something that looked as good as it baked, they succeeded and traditional oven was born. In 2010, during one of his famous pizzata Andrea (Rocco's son) realised how much his guests loved his pizza, but didn't like waiting hours for it to be served, so he suggested using his patented heat flow technology used in his stainless steel heaters to be used in his ovens and it worked!
Without giving up the original idea, the smallest oven reached its working temperature in just 10 minutes, baking pizzas for 50 people in an hour!
Today, Alfa Ovens supplies pizza ovens for many needs, from domestic to commercial, indoor to outdoor, stainless steel and portable, with a range of accessories to meet every customer's perfect pizza-making needs. Quality being our main principle means that the use of all-Italian materials, meticulous attention to detail and an inspiration for constant innovation all contribute to our products being not just a pizza oven, but an Alfa Oven!
With over 40 years of experience in the manufacture of refractory bricks, ovens, braais, fireplaces and cookers, we are recognised all over the world. Our network of artisans with a passion for fire has been selling our products since the 1980s (when our stove was launched). Fornacella Refactory was our best seller) to this day.
