The retail prices listed on www.fornositalianos.pt are in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.
The costs of the shipping service are borne by the user and buyer, and are added to the total value of the products selected. 4.4 Delivery
Orders have an approximate delivery time for mainland Portugal, to the address you indicated when placing the order, of 4 to 7 working days after receipt of payment or proof of payment, with the following exceptions: orders sent collect, items with longer delivery times, which will be indicated in the product information sheet.
If you find that an item is missing or an item has been exchanged, please contact Eccentrikdomain, Lda. within 48 hours of receiving the material, by e-mail to info@fornositalianos.pt .
Products are reserved for 24 hours. If during this period Eccentrikdomain, Lda. if payment is not received, the order will be automatically cancelled.
All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product's packaging, you must report this to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage on the proof of delivery document.
Please note that a proof of delivery without reference to damage is equivalent to a product delivered in packaging in perfect condition.

All items are covered by the guarantee required by law.
You have 15 days to return your order. You can do this as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all its accessories. You can do this by sending the item by registered post to the following address:

In the event of a return, the value of your purchase will be refunded once we have validated compliance with the return conditions described above. Otherwise we will not accept the return and you can collect the product(s) from our premises within 10 days, bearing the cost of collection.
You can choose to be reimbursed via a balance to use for future purchases or via the original method you used to pay for your order.
