A pizza shovel with a handle and head (36 cm diameter) made entirely of anodised aluminium for greater resistance, lightness and hygiene. Lightness is guaranteed thanks to its incorporation of aluminium. Anodising guarantees robustness and hygiene.
The slotted head is light and flexible, and the holes provide low friction and are necessary for discharging excess flour, ensuring maximum hygiene.
The front end of the pizza peel head is carefully ground to make it easier to load the pizza from the work surface onto the pizza peel.
The pizza peel is available in two sizes: 120-175 cm
