To facilitate and accurately measure temperature, the ONE has been equipped with the Alfa Forni thermometer.

The cooking chamber is made entirely of reinforced stainless steel for heat resistance and durability.

Efficient

To better manage the food on the floor of the oven, a wood basket has been specially designed to fit inside the oven for clean and efficient cooking.
